It’s been business as usual around Anglers for Conservation except we are missing one giant element, children screaming FISH ON!!! Covid-19 has made our fishing lines go slack and that’s never a good thing while fishing. The Hook Kids on Fishing program this year was estimated to reach 1,000 kids but due to the group settings of this event, we are and will continue to remain on hold until it’s safe to come out and play with all of our friends again.

AFC programs generate donations annually that help sustain the non-profit but without programs come no donations. That is why we are asking you to please consider supporting the educational programs AFC conducts throughout the state of Florida during GivingTuesdayNOW on Tuesday, May 5th. It is an unfortunate time for most of our planet and that’s why we are humbled by any donations received during this global pandemic. While there are several things that may not be the same when we return to programs, we always know that the smiles will be.

We are excited to see all of those big smiles again soon.
