Anglers for Conservation is proud to present the Hook Kids on Fishing Beginner Angler DVD, hosted by legendary angler Rodney Smith.

This DVD is perfect for the first-timer. With chapter-by-chapter lessons, the DVD covers safety, rod handling, casting, knot tying, tackle and conservation. There’s even a bonus section on bait, as well as a gear glossary that will help you identify all the different gear that goes into fishing. Take your time and watch it chapter-by-chapter so you can practice each lesson. You’ll become a better angler before you know it.

Hook Kids on Fishing is an educational program administered by the AFC, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the fishing community. The AFC’s mission is to create new generations of marine stewards using community-based angling education, habitat restoration and applied conservation science.
